As we continue to adapt to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to let Clients know we are accepting and are able to provide photography services during this time. However, a great deal of care is being taken to try and ensure everyone’s safety and well being. We have implemented additional policies & procedures and continue to update these as the situation requires.
Product Photography: To promote social distancing and to reduce person to person contact, Clients are being asked to ship and/or drop off items for product shoots at the studio. Access to the studio is currently being limited as much as possible, to only the photographer. If virtual art direction is need for a product shoot, etc., please ask about available options and how we would move forward.
On Location & Industrial Photography: For on location photo shoots, we are discussing and assessing each situation with Clients, to ensure the safest possible situation and to eliminate as much risk as possible to personal health and safety. Since every situation is different from one location to the next, please contact Don Bensman Photography to discuss options.
Portraits & Head Shots: In most situations where people will be photographed, Don Bensman Photography has the ability and equipment to maintain a six foot or greater distance when capturing head shots, portraits and environmental portraits (providing space is adequate).
Studio: In the event it is necessary for a Client to enter the studio, increased cleaning intervals will be conducted. In addition to our current cleaning schedule, frequently touched surfaces to include counter tops, sinks, door knobs / handles, bathroom, etc., will be cleaned prior to scheduled visits and after departure of any visitors. If at any time the photographer / studio feels personal health may be in jeopardy, Clients and/or visitors will not be permitted into the studio for any activities.
PPE: If at anytime Photographer and and Client will be in proximity (in studio or on location), the Photographer will be wearing a mask and when necessary, rubber gloves. Clients and visitors are also being asked to wear a mask upon arrival to the studio.
Questions: If you have any questions regarding available photography services and/or procedures being implemented for photo shoots during the COVID-19 pandemic, please feel free to reach out for additional information.
